What are your winter hours?

Currently on call with at least one day notice or you may booking online 12 hours before desired booking. Returns are no later than 5pm the same day. Multiple day rentals may be arranged, please contact Gordon.

VELEC A2 BATTERY SWAPS (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
• Battery swaps are available only for Velec A2 e-bikes and only when spare batteries are available that day (by location).
• Swaps are not guaranteed and depend on daily inventory and staff availability.
• Please plan routes within expected range and riding conditions. If you anticipate extended riding, ask our team at pickup about battery availability.
What are the best places to ride?

What happens if the weather isn’t good?
Ucluelet: Lighthouse Loop (Ucluelet), Big Beach, Wild Pacific Trail, Terrace Beach, local riding areas.
Tofino: Town loop, Mackenzie Beach, Cox Bay, Chesterman Beach, and local riding areas. • Please ride within your ability and plan routes that match your comfort level and battery range.
RAIN POLICY
• If you cannot ride due to heavy rain or unsafe conditions, contact TBird as early as possible. • Reschedule options may be available depending on availability and timing.

What is the damage policy?

DAMAGE & PROTECTION
• Guests are responsible for any damage due to misuse, negligence, or crashes.
• TBird offers optional protection coverage at time of booking (where applicable).
• If a bike becomes unsafe or unrideable, stop riding and contact TBird immediately.
Could I be picked up or could I drop off my rental at the other location?

PICKUP ASSISTANCE (LIMITED EXCEPTIONS ONLY)
• TBird does not provide routine guest transport, bike delivery, or return pickup services. • Limited exceptions may be considered for elderly riders, disability/medical limitations, child fatigue, mechanical issues preventing safe travel, or emergencies/safety situations.
• Pickup assistance is not guaranteed and is based on staff availability and safety conditions. • If you require accessibility support, please contact us before booking so we can advise on route options and suitability.
